Mountain homes play by different rules
Thinner air, deep snow and an eight-month heating season change how equipment should be sized, set up and checked. On the Wasatch Back these are habits, not add-ons.
Altitude derating
Gas appliances lose rated input as you climb. At Park City's elevation that's about 20%. We set orifices and gas pressure so your equipment burns clean and keeps up.
Clear terminations
Drifting snow over a high-efficiency furnace's intake or exhaust shuts it down. We route and raise vents above your roof and yard snow line.
Two seasons, two checks
A fall heating check and a spring cooling check catch problems before a cold snap or heat wave finds them first.

Back Country Club maintenance plan
Two visits a year. First in line when it's cold.
One yearly membership covers a tune-up before each season, priority scheduling and a discount on any repair.
